We love serving our community. Our mission is to tell kids and teens about Jesus Christ through soccer, and our vision is to do it on the soccer field, instead of inside a church.
As we try to impact our community, we have received help and support, in different ways, from different people and organizations. We wanted to say thank you to these people!

Hope Soccer was born at Moments of Hope Church. Consistent with the church’s motto to “know, grow, and go” , David Chadwick inspired Nick to set out and start this ministry by faith! We’re thankful for the ways Moments of Hope helps us and lets our teams serve their community!
Pineville United Methodist Church
Pastor Tom and Pastor Elaine have been so very nice and supportive of our ministry. They’ve welcomed us to use their facilities for team parties, coaches training and other team functions. PUMC is located only a few mins from our field and their help and support is a true sense of community.
Charlotte Eagles
The Eagles are bold in their mission statement to tell their players about Jesus Christ! As our mission is very similar to theirs, we reached out to them when we were getting started, and they gave us a lot of advice and help. We are very grateful to the Eagles and we recommend our players seeking to build a soccer career to consider their club!
Queens University of Charlotte
Nick is a twice alumni of Queens and played soccer there as an undergrad. The Head Coach of Queens, Oliver Carias was the Assistant Coach when Nick played. Oliver has been very nice and welcoming to Hope Soccer! Before the Spring season was postponed, Hope Soccer Players would have been surprised with 2 separate clinics held by Queens’ Mens Soccer. One of these clinics was scheduled on Queen’s Home Field at the Sports Complex.
YMCA of Greater Charlotte
We are very thankful to the local YMCA Branch who has truly helped us so that we can support our community in Pineville with our soccer programs. Their help has created an opportunity for more kids to experience what it means to “live out Christian principles” through sports.
St. Mary International Adoptions
A Charlotte local Christian adoption agency whose mission is to “serve through international adoption” has also supported us. Getting the necessary papers to become a 501C3 Non Profit isn’t an easy task and president of the agency which has been a non-profit since 2001 helped us out! We highly recommend anyone considering adopting a child to contact them. Also, a few of our players were adopted through the agency! How cool!
American Family Care Urgent Care
Prior to the start of our Spring season, Patrick DiAngelis from AFC Urgent Care wanted to make a “goody bag” donation to each of our players. AFC Urgent Care just recently opened a clinic in Pineville and wanted to make a difference in the community. AFC offers Sports Physicals, Sick Visits, and Flu and Vaccines.
The Bridge Counseling Ministries
A local Christian counseling service in Charlotte whose mission is to “empower licensed therapists, who are also believers , to help people through counseling” has also supported us. If any one is looking for counseling for marriage, family, adoption, or anxiety, please consider the Christian professionals at The Bridge!
Local Swim Lessons
One of our soccer moms whose son plays on one of our U10 teams, Tiffany Dockery, is also a teacher at a local Elementary School in Charlotte, offers private swim lessons. If you are interested in swim lessons, you can contact her at 704 701 3743.
