Practice Strategy
We will run possession drills presented to us by world famous school academies.
Our drills will inspire quick thinking on the soccer field which comes accompanied with making quick passes.
We will focus on field awareness and movement off the ball. Statistically, out of a 90 minute game, each player only has possession of the ball for 1 – 2 minutes (if that). The rest of the time, falls under the category of “movement off the ball”. We will teach our players how to move off the ball to support teammates in both defensive and offensive mindsets.
We will teach our players how to maintain possession of the ball and the creativity it takes to transition from possession to attacking and finishing.
We will show our players how to differentiate between individual excellence and team harmony.
At each practice, we share our faith with players wishing to hear.
Please remember to wear your soccer gear including cleats, and shin guards. Please bring a water bottle and hand sanitizer.
